Company information

Company basics

Everon is a privately held Finnish company. Its headquarters are situated in SW Finland just outside of Turku and the company also has own offices near London, UK, and Quebec City, Canada.

Business history

The development work for a new mobile and wireless solution within Telecare started in 2004. The first employee was appointed in January 2004. The first commercial installation was achieved in April 2007. The acquisition of the assets of a Canadian company, Medical Intelligence, in 2009 gave the company a wider platform to grow and in 2010 Everon introduced the new Vega concept that boasts all the control and monitoring features of the mobile Telecare solution but knocks down the four walls as it functions anywhere.

In 2010 and 2011 Everon began its international expansion by starting to sign up sales channels or introducing products through own sales in a few countries including the UK, France, Germany, and Sweden.

Business and solutions today

Currently Everon’s solutions are in wide use in many countries and new solution features are being introduced. The new Everon Lyra base station is expected to be an industry changer within facility and residential care and is available in the UK and Finland from September 2013. Our solutions are maintained and monitored 24 hours per day and comprises server infrastructures distributed globally for a full uptime without the need for service downtimes.

Every Everon solution works on the centralized server infrastructure and this benefits our customers and partners as it shortens and facilitates integration into monitoring platforms and user software.

Everon is ISO9001:2008 certified for its service production and business management. All manufacturing is run by our partners under tight supervision within similar quality programs.

Everon also owns substantial IPR, which it has created alongside the solution development.
